Bumper to bumper and waiting 10 minutes between each order just now at 5:30 p.m. 12/26. I literally waited over 20 minutes from when I ordered to when I got my food.These are the slackers that are costing Taco Bell big money, unbelievable. As I waited I could see the two manning the register just standing there, not helping at all. Fire the lot!And I didn't get my sauce.I hope the owner will look at the rate of order completion for the drive thru at this time and fire these "workers."

This particular location is almost always busy and almost always has a line of cars around the building when we go. I know staffing is always a challenge and I always keep that in mind. I feel like they try hard, do their best, make it right if there is a mistake, and have always been respectful when I go. I couldn't ask for more or expect more. Kudos to the management and workers for doing all they can to keep the mood light and stress as low as possible while being so busy. Keep doing what you do!

Tried the new cantina quesadillaI shared the expectation of what it should be vs what I got. So disappointing to pay almost $7 for this!Edit to add my most recent experience today....No large cups, chicken or steak. This location needs new management. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to be told this. THIS TACO BELL SUCKSMy daughter and I both got quesadillas. Half the quesadilla had nothing. The other half barely had anything in it. Mainly just tortilla. My cheesy bean and rice burrito was skimpy as well. Mostly tortilla. For $42 you think it would have been better. Do better taco bell !

I came, made my order as usual only asking to change chicken to beef and somehow it created a cascade of issues. Finally getting to the point of wanting to just drive off, the drive thru worker finally figured out the option and we finished our order.Then being charged the $25 dollars, they hand me half the food. Only one meal. Then looked at us as we were not missing a thing.We explained the issue and got another round of food but missing 3 items.Then the manager appears and asks what the issue is and finally after 3 different bags of food, we finally received our food.We really almost paid for 2x what they were gonna give us.MORAL OF THE STORY MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG. Especially if you don’t have time to back track for your items.EDIT: I’m not sure how long ago but I just opened my last taco and it’s the one I requested to be BEEF. Which is THE WHOLE REASON WE HAD A PROBLEM!!!! She couldn’t find the button to make it beef not chicken. AND I STILL ENDED UP WITH CHICKEN. LITERALLY A WASTE OF TIME. I have reasonably found that this is the last time I end up at the Hendersonville Taco Bell. If I could I would have put negative stars, a sad revelation.

This taco bell is awesome. The person taking orders in the drive thru is understandable, pleasant and professional. The girl at the window was also pleasant and you don't have to wait for hours even if the line is long. My food order was correct and it was very good.

I like Taco Bell in spite of being the brunt of many late night talk show host jokes. It's still got an affordable menu, the drive through is usually fast and accurate. I think their side dish of Cajun beans is hands down better than any others, looking and tasting like true Cajun beans and not like refried baked beans I have been served elsewhere. You can still get a snack for about $2.00,like a beef and bean soft taco, that's quite tasty and won't break the bank. It is what it is, fast food is a convenience, not excellent dining, and it's my 1st choice for that type of dining. Actually once I pulled up to the window to pay and was informed that the stranger in the car behind me had already paid for my meal, said with a big smile from the cashier. He said that happens frequently there! So the next time I visited, I paid the kindness forward by paying for the meal for the stranger behind me. That's a good feeling, knowing that kindness among strangers still exists. I have found this to be true for both Taco Bells in our area, the other one being near Arden. I wish they would bring back the Chihuahua on the commercials, though!

They've been skimping on meat here is a photo advertisem*nt of a chicken chalupa vs what i got with almost no meat whats wrong with this picture? I know a customer recently sued Taco Bell for the same thing and this economy is bad enough all this tacobell has to do is skimp on meat with the wrong person and get sued

The young man who took our order, Omar was awesome. Unfortunately he seemed to be the only employee in the place. After placing our order several more people came in and placed orders and then we all just waited and waited. It was almost 20 minutes before we got our food and to say it was mediocre would be generous. Obviously in the future if we want good Mexican we'll go across the street to Tiquillas.

If you love fast food as we do, then Taco Bell is a contender. Those little cinnamon balls are as good as any dessert I’ve had anywhere.

Back in the day I would have given Taco Bell, any Taco Bell, a great review. Review but lately I have been noticing that no matter which talk about I go to. They all seem to put way too much salt either. On their meats or in the seasonings. I don't know what it is, but everything I eat from Taco Bell now taste very very salty and now things have gotten even worse to the point that Taco Bell is now the most expensive of all fast food. Restaurants that I know of. KFC has always been known as a very expensive place to eat per portion that you receive but now Taco Bell has surpassed them. The other night I ordered one seven layer burrito and a drink. Seriously that's all I got and the total was over $11. That's just ridiculous. When I can eat great food at cracker barrel for that same price! I am officially done with Taco Bell because now I feel I have to win the lottery just to eat there. But then again their food is seriously starting to go downhill. The only thing they have going for them is their variety of drinks. I'm sorry to talk about it. I used to love you but now I'm done!

They got rude employees that work here at night 1136pm... in drive thru to get a order they told me come inside and noone is at the front counter they are working on drive thru and my order sitting there getting cold . Then the Gm was rude on camera to me at 1143 followed me all the way to the door smarting off said I haven't been there that long... I will call someone about this

I have to tip my hat off to Jeffry and his crew! Respectful when going through line. Timely manner and just by looking through the window I can see the cleanliness of the place! Food came out hot and fresh and got actual try food amount your suppose to! I’m an out of towner but will be visiting again on my way back! 11/19/23 10:45 am

The food wasn't as good as last time. Also the Pepsi tasted weak and watered-down from the machine in the lobby. When my wife brought this to the attention of an employee, she just said "So" , turned and walked away. She seemed to care less for the quality of the food and drinks!

I don’t want to give a one star because at least the staff was nice. Take some advice from me and stay in the drive through line. I made the mistake of going in thinking it would be faster. I was wrong.The dining area should have been shut off because they didn’t have a cashier. They just kept pumping out food for the drive through. I was there for 40 minutes total. I would have left if I hadn’t promised a man outside some food.Here’s a tip Taco Bell: close dining at an earlier time so the front of the house doesn’t crash.

Food was great,but staff seemed slack. Not behind the counter, but in other areas. The dinning room was nasty. I observed 2 employees taking a break, when they should've been made to wipe down tables and sweep before going on break. The one girl who went on break, got her a drink and just threw her straw wrapper where she got it, on the drink machine NOT the trash. I've been in restaurant management and my employees always had work done before going on break. Okay y’all so I went to Taco Bell today and ordered Dorito loco taco and expected it to be decent considering it is fast food, unfortunately there was a creature in my food.. what seemed to be a larva. I’m gagging just typing this. Either y’all put that shi in my food on purpose or y’all need to clean up the place. Either way this is disgusting and outrageous! Speaking of cleaning up the place I had to stop by the bathroom and quickly turned back around the second I opened the door, there was fecal art all over the walls, not to mention the needles I seen in the trash can. I understand we can’t control what customers do but at least clean up the place and pretended to have some decency! While I’m here tell your employees to stop vaping around our food y’all can’t stay away from them vapes for more than 5 seconds who knows what else y’all breathing on our food. OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED!

I give an extra star to the employees working there and the food being good but with everything else I cannot stand this location ever since it’s been under new management! The general manager is nothing but rude and disrespectful to the customers and doordashers! I went in to get an order fixed and all I received back from him was attitude when I was nothing but nice with my approach. The dining room was pretty stuffed considering and I understand that stress is high with situations like that but why am I being talked down on like I am a child and given attitude like I came in there raising hell! He exclaims out loud about how he’s “ready to go” and “oh my god” at volumes everyone at the front counter can hear! I honestly feel bad for the people working under him I couldn’t stand to be around a person with such a nasty attitude like that! You shouldn’t have your employees apologizing for your actions and how you treat customers Taco Bell if you see this please consider finding someone else to run your store because he’s going to run it to the ground

Came thru after visiting family in emergency care and the 2 burritos I had ordered looked like they were thrown together by a toddler… I mean my 7 yr old daughter could’ve done better than they did… was just mashed together and poorly rolled.. bet if it was a blunt they would’ve rolled it better… never going back again… and also paid for slow roasted chicken but instead got regular chicken and nothing to rectify the price difference… poorly staffed establishment… all need to be retrained…

Girl took my order on 6/18/24 at about 10:54 pm named on receipt was Guadalupe t. Very friendly there was a homeless strange man near her in the drive thru window. I told her to take care of herself meaning becareful or watchful. There were plenty of other kids on other side of Taco Bell. She didn’t seem scared cause she most likely had friends keeping an eye out for her. Regardless maybe I should have reached law enforcement but with the 8 cars outside and I feel like there were her friends I felt she was safe.

No soda, no ice and taking freaking forever. Like ten minutes per car for the drive thru. The truck in front of me sat for 10 minutes and here I am waiting on my quesadilla and soft shell taco. I don't get it. fast food not!

I love this taco bell, it takes an act of congress or the planets to be aligned to get into the parking lot but that's not their fault. The food is made to standard and the service is good. I haven't had a complaint yet.

I got what I ordered, the experience was a little off. The lady asked my name, I told her, she said it was a strange name. Ok, it is. She mentioned my name many times saying how strange it was and I shrugged it off because it's my name. You don't treat customers that way. Give me my food, and talk behind my back. Don't interact with customers that way!
